How to redeem codes step by step

The only major catch is that your account needs to reach at least Adventure Rank 10 before you can use this feature. If you're completely new to the game, you'll need to run around opening chests and clearing early main story quests until you level up.

Once you hit the required rank, just follow these exact steps:

1. Head over to the official Genshin Impact gift redemption website.
2. Log in using your main Hoyoverse account credentials. You can use your email or quick login methods if you linked them.
3. Select the server region you normally play on (America, Europe, Asia, or TW, HK, MO).
4. Once the server is selected, double-check that your in-game character name displays correctly on the screen so you don't send the rewards to the wrong account.
