How to redeem codes step by step

If you're new to Honkai Star Rail, or if you just forgot how it works, redeeming is super easy. Just make sure you've progressed enough to finish the "A Moment of Peace" mission to unlock the in-game mailbox. You can do this straight from the game or your browser.

From the game:

1. Open the main menu (your phone).
2. Tap the three dots next to your character's name.
3. Choose "Redemption Code".
4. Paste your code and hit "Confirm".
5. You're set! Open your mailbox and claim your stuff.

From the official website:

1. Head over to the official redemption page.
2. Log in with your account.
3. Select your server and paste the code.
4. Click "Redeem" and look for your prizes in the in-game mail.
