How to redeem codes step by step

If you play on Android, the redemption process happens directly in the game:

Open the main menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap the Settings button (the gear icon) at the bottom right.
Head over to the Account tab.
Select the Redeem Code option.
Type in your code and hit the Use button.
Done! Claim your rewards from the in-game mail.

Solo Leveling: Arise redeem menu

If you play on iOS or PC, the steps change a bit. For iOS, you'll need to do it externally:

Go to the official Netmarble coupon redemption page.
You'll need your Member Code. You can find it inside the game by going to Settings, then Account, and copying the long alphanumeric string under Account Details.
Paste that code along with your coupon on the official website and confirm. Your rewards will arrive in your in-game mail on your next login.

For PC, you can do it through the options: open the menu, select Settings, then Account Settings, and finally Redeem Code, very similar to Android.
