How to redeem codes step by step

If this is your first time dealing with promo codes in Valorant and you have no idea where to put them, don't worry because the process is incredibly straightforward and fast. You have two main options to do it, either directly inside the game client or by using your preferred web browser:

Inside the game client:

1. Open Valorant and log in normally to your Riot account.
2. Once in the main menu, click on the Valorant Points icon (the currency symbol in the top right corner).
3. Several payment options will appear. Select the final tab on the right that says Prepaid Cards and Codes.
4. Type or paste your code exactly as shown, including dashes, and hit the Submit button.

Through Riot's official website:

1. Go to the official Riot Games code redemption page.
2. Log in with your credentials.
3. Enter the code in the central text box.
4. Press Redeem and you're all set. The items will be unlocked in your inventory the next time you boot up the game.

Common errors when redeeming
