Updated: May 2026.
Hey everyone! It's KIRA here. If you're anything like me and jump at every chance to trick out your account in our favorite hero shooter, then you need to be up to speed with the latest Valorant codes in May 2026.
Riot Games loves to drop promo codes during major VCT tournaments, new Act launches, or specific seasonal events. The catch? These codes usually expire within a few hours or days. So I'm bringing you the straight facts so you don't miss out on today's free loot.
Right now, things are a bit quiet on the major event front, but according to recent updates from Gamsgo and official Riot Games social channels, we do have one very fresh code that you absolutely need to redeem right now. Remember that with these codes you can grab player cards, titles, or gun buddies, but never free skins or Valorant Points (don't fall for those scams).
If this is your first time claiming one of these gems, don't sweat it. You have two very simple ways to do it, whether you are at your PC setup or scrolling on your phone.

From the Riot Games website:
Riot Games sometimes recycles certain themes for Pride Month or anniversaries, so it never hurts to review what they gave out in the past. Sadly, if you try to punch in any of these right now, the system will reject them. I'm leaving them here so you can see what kind of rewards they hand out:

Other older codes:

It has surely happened to you that you enter a code, get excited, and then get an error message. It usually comes down to three things. The most common is that the code has simply expired; some promos from the VCT finals only last between 24 and 48 hours. Another classic reason is copying a blank space at the beginning or end of the code, so make sure to paste it clean, with all its dashes included (like CC-VAL26-ALPHA-OMEGA). Finally, remember they can only be used once per account. No double dipping!
Besides the active codes today, there are quite a few ways to rack up cosmetics without opening your wallet. According to the latest details documented by Gamsgo, Season 2026 Act 3, which launched in late April, brought the new Skirmish: Ascension mode, a more aggressive format with 1v1 and 2v2 queues. If you climb the Skirmish ladder, you can get the Combat Ready Player Card, the Trade Me Player Card, and several rank-based titles like Skirmish Competitor or Skirmish Legend.
Also, never write off the Twitch Drops and Pick'Ems. In the latest VCT events, guessing the tournament brackets right awarded exclusive weapon buddies and titles. And if that wasn't enough, the free Act 3 Battle Pass comes with cool sprays and gun buddies just for playing matches.
I hope you guys manage to claim that Retribution card before it flies away. Keep farming those wins and always stay tuned for the next drops. See you in the next match!
