How to redeem codes step by step

If you're not entirely sure how to claim these freebies, don't worry. There are two simple ways to get it done:

Via the official website:

1. Head over to the official HoYoverse code redemption page.
2. Log in and select the server you play on.
3. Your character nickname will pop up automatically.
4. Paste the code into the box, click redeem, and your rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.

Via the in-game menu:

1. Heads up: you need to complete the "Business x Strangeness x Justness" Prologue mission to unlock the mailbox feature. Some promos also require Inter-Knot level 5.
2. Open the main menu, go to "More", and tap on "Redemption Code".
3. Enter your code, confirm, and claim your items straight from your mail.
