• Polychromes: This is the premium currency of ZZZ. You need exactly 160 Polychromes to buy a single Master Tape or Encrypted Master Tape, which are used to pull for new Agents and W-Engines in the Signal Search gacha system.
• Dennys: The basic money of the game. It might seem like you have plenty early on, but you will quickly burn through millions of Dennys when upgrading your Agents, unlocking core skills, and maxing out equipment.
• Investigator Logs: These are your character XP materials. Official and Senior logs give large chunks of experience to level up your roster fast.
• W-Engine Modules & Power Supplies: Weapon XP materials. You need these to level up your W-Engines so your characters deal optimal damage in combat.
• Bangboo Algorithm Modules: Crucial items used to upgrade your combat-assisting Bangboos.

How to redeem codes step by step

If it's your first time redeeming or you just forgot how it's done, there are a couple of key details. First, you need to clear the main story prologue to unlock the in-game mail system. Once that's out of the way, you have two options:

From inside the game:

1. Open the main menu in the top left corner.
2. Tap on the "More" features option.
3. Select "Redemption Code".
4. Type or paste your code and confirm. Check your mailbox to claim your items before they expire in 29 days.

From the official website:

1. Head over to the official HoYoverse redemption page.
2. Log in with the exact same account you use to play.
3. Pick your server and make sure your character name pops up.
4. Paste the code and hit redeem. Your rewards will be waiting in your in-game mail.

Troubleshooting: Why is my code not working?

If you try to redeem a code and get an error message, it usually comes down to one of these four reasons:

1. The code is expired: Livestream codes (like VOIDHUNTER1230) usually expire within 24 hours of the broadcast. Always act fast.
