How to redeem codes step by step

If you've never used a code or just forgot how it works, the process is super simple. You have two ways to do it, but remember that you must be at least Adventure Rank 10 to claim these rewards.

Via web browser:

1. Go to the official HoYoverse gift redemption page.
2. Log in with your main gaming account.
3. Select your server region and double-check your character nickname.
4. Paste the code into the text box and hit "Redeem".

In-game:

1. Open Genshin Impact and pull up the Paimon menu.
2. Click the cog icon to enter the Settings.
3. Go to the Account tab and select Redeem Code.
4. Type or paste your code and hit "Exchange".

Head straight to your in-game mailbox to claim your Primogems and other goodies!
