Fableborne Raises $12.4M to Revolutionize Web3 Gaming on Mobile

Pixion Games has announced the successful completion of a strategic funding round for its game Fableborne, raising a total of $12.4 million. The investment was led by Delphi Ventures and backed by prominent firms in the Web3 ecosystem, including Spartan Capital, Sky Mavis, L1D, Arete Capital, Animoca Brands, and Yield Guild Games (YGG).

Destination of the funding

The capital raised will allow Pixion Games to accelerate the development of Fableborne and drive several key initiatives:

• Development improvements: The team will be expanded and new features will be added to improve the gaming experience. Thus, allowing the hiring of specialized talent in development, design, and content creation.

• Launch of the $POWER token: This will be the central token in the game economy and will encourage player participation.

• Expansion of the Power Protocol ecosystem: The infrastructure for developers will be strengthened and new opportunities will be created within the ecosystem.

Investors and strategic partners

The support of specialized investors reinforces Fableborne's commitment to the mass adoption of blockchain gaming.

Among its main partners are Delphi Ventures, recognized for its support of Web3 projects; Sky Mavis, creators of Axie Infinity and the Ronin network; Animoca Brands, one of the most influential companies in the blockchain and NFT gaming sector; as well as Yield Guild Games, a community focused on the play-to-earn model.
