Fortnite: All Bounty Hunter Sprites and How to Get Them

Bounty Hunter Sprites are a special variant of Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7, Season 4: Override. There are 20 in total, each associated with a base Sprite, and they feature a mechanic focused on eliminations.

What Do Bounty Hunter Sprites Do?

Bounty Hunter Sprites retain the ability of their base Sprite, but add an extra feature: they have a 7% chance to drop a Sprite when eliminating an opponent.

The main difference is their XP system. These Sprites only gain XP through eliminations, although they receive 2.5x XP per elimination to compensate.

There are two exceptions: Bounty Hunter Klombo and Bounty Hunter Crown, which use different XP rules related to their respective base Sprites.

How to Get Bounty Hunter Sprites

Bounty Hunter Sprites can be obtained through several methods. The best options are:

• Legendary Cheat Codes, which offer the highest chances.
• Epic Cheat Codes, as the second-best option.
• Rare Cheat Codes and Chests, although rarer variants have lower chances.
• Eliminating players while you have a Bounty Hunter Sprite equipped, thanks to its 7% chance.
• Searching Temple Vault Rare Chests, which can also contain Legendary Cheat Codes.
• Trading Sprites with other players.

Sprite Events can also be useful during periods with increased spawn rates. Additionally, Cheat Code Locators make it easier to find higher-tier codes.

The Bounty Hunter Crown works differently: it is obtained by winning a match with the Loot Hacker King Sprite equipped.

Bounty Hunter Blinky has an additional requirement. Besides appearing through Cheat Codes and Chests, it can also be obtained by defeating Pac-Man Ghosts on the islands at night.

Meanwhile, Sonic, Tails, and Shadow are concentrated in Green Hill Zone, making the area particularly useful for hunting all three variants.

How to Level Up Bounty Hunter Sprites

Standard Bounty Hunter Sprites only gain XP through eliminations. The 2.5x XP multiplier helps speed up progression, but you still need to consistently secure eliminations.

High-traffic areas such as Golden Grove and Geno's Machine allow you to combine variant hunting with earning XP.

Sprite Events are also useful because they let you search for new Sprites while getting eliminations to level them up.

Klombo and Crown use different rules. In particular, Crown requires you to win matches with the corresponding Sprite equipped, so its progression works differently from the rest.
