Customers on this list should never receive their order. If you spot any of these entities, close the window immediately and wait for them to leave. Using both the normal view and the night vision of your CCTV will be your best weapon here.

• Skinwalker: Looks normal at first glance, but if you check camera 1, you'll see a pale, cracked skeleton. Close the window.
• Black Holes: The customer looks fine from the front, but on camera, you'll notice their back is covered in dark holes.
• Injured Anomaly: If you spot severe cuts, bruises, or notice their collarbones are bent at a weird angle, they are not human.
• Nightvision Missing: Looks perfect on normal CCTV, but if you switch to night vision and the customer vanishes, do not serve them.
• Body Double: There's one in person, but on camera, you'll see a clone standing right next to them.
• Out Back Double: Similar to the previous one, but the clone will appear on the secondary camera, waiting behind your kiosk.
• CCTV Screamer: Appears normal at the window, but on camera, it will give you a massive jump scare with a scream and static. Turn down your volume if you see the camera glitching.
• CCTV Passenger: When checking the cameras, you'll notice a strange creature riding on your customer's back.
• Nightvision Dancer: When turning on night vision on the camera, you'll see this person doing a creepy dance.
• Gibberish Speaker: An old man who doesn't speak any language known to mankind.
• The Doppelganger: Pay close attention to their lines. If the customer mentions the shawarma "is warm" or if your character says they "have seen them before", shut the window.
• The Hacker: Will call you by your real Roblox username and threaten to shut down your internet connection.
• Impostor Santa: Someone dressed as Santa Claus, but clearly not the real deal.
• White Eyes Lady: Without pupils and with slightly decaying skin. Doesn't change on cameras, but her face gives her away.
• Opposite Gender Voice: A massive guy talking like a little girl, or vice versa. Not a game bug, it's an anomaly.
• The Broken Neck Twins: Two girls bending their necks at impossible angles while talking to you.

Harmless customers you should serve

Unlike the anomalies above, these customers must receive their shawarma. They are weird, some are scary, but they won't hurt you and you'll earn money without getting penalized if you treat them right.

• Michael Myers: Shows up in a creepy costume, but his money is good.
• The Drunk Guy: Doesn't have money and swears he'll pay later. You must serve him because if you deny him food, he'll come back to attack you.
• One-Handed Lady: She'll ask you not to cut her shawarma because she only has one hand. Serve her normally.
• Crazy Cat Lady: Her cat has a disturbing face on its back and she warns you that whoever looks into its eyes will die. She's strange, but harmless.
• The Faceless Man: Literally has an endless void instead of a face. The golden rule: serve him his food, but never look directly at his face.
• Phone Lady: Her ringtone is a series of harrowing screams. Ignore the noise and finish her order.
• The Smiling Man: Doesn't speak and just flashes an unsettling grin. According to the rules on the wall, you must give him a soda. In exchange, he'll leave an envelope: do not open it, just stash it under the counter.
• The Narrator: A disembodied voice narrating your every move. Keep working without panicking.

Special events and what to do

Besides watching the food and the cameras, your environment in Scary Shawarma Kiosk will sometimes turn against you. Here is how to survive every event in the game.

• The Meat: If you notice the meat tornado turning red, pulsing, or whispering, turn off the grill via the right switch and step outside quickly.
• The Watcher: A humanoid creature that can appear on the fridge, the ceiling, or outside. If you see it, just stare directly at it until it vanishes.
• The Inspection: Happens on Fridays at 2:00 a.m. The lights will turn red and a driverless car will pull up. Step outside the kiosk and don't look back until the lights return to normal.
• Floating Fog Figures: You'll see shadows floating in the street. Simply close the metal shutters and wait for a bit.
• Flickering Lights: The lights fail and a spooky figure appears in the distance. Close the shutters. When you open them, it will be closer. Repeat this until it reaches your window, shut it in its face, and it will leave.
• The Moaning: If you hear loud moaning, the light turns red, and a liquid drips from the ceiling, do not look up. Just wait for it to end.
