In Lumiterra, a vast world full of opportunities and challenges, players have the freedom to explore, compete, and progress through an innovative and dynamic gameplay system. From managing on-chain and off-chain assets to completing daily missions, every aspect of the game is designed to offer a unique and rewarding experience. This article will guide you through the most important game systems, including missions, energy, reputation, and more, ensuring you're well-prepared to make the most of your adventure in Lumiterra.

On-Chain and Off-Chain: Managing Your Assets

In Lumiterra, in-game assets are divided into two main categories: on-chain and off-chain. Here's a breakdown of the most important aspects of each:

On-chain and Off-chain

  • On-chain: All in-game items are NFTs, and you can transfer them to the blockchain using the "Packaging boxes" item. This includes materials and crafted items ranging from Lv0 to Lv9, with each level requiring a corresponding Packaging box to be transferred to the chain.

  • Off-chain: When you acquire items on the Mavis Marketplace, they must be transferred off-chain before you can use them in the game. Off-chain items reside in the in-game backpack and are usable within the game's mechanics.

Important Notes:

  • To ensure fairness, transferring on-chain equipment/weapons takes 24 hours, while transferring 100 LUAG takes 120 hours.
  • Items purchased on the Mavis Marketplace must be moved off-chain before being used in the game.
  • Reputation < 500: You cannot use Packaging boxes.
  • 500 ≤ Reputation < 2000: You can use 5 Packaging boxes per day to transfer items on-chain.
  • Reputation ≥ 2000: There are no restrictions on using Packaging boxes to transfer items on-chain.

Items that cannot be transferred on-chain:

  • Lv0 equipment.
  • Daily challenge dungeon tickets.
  • LUAG (1).

This system balances the use of digital assets within the Lumiterra ecosystem, allowing both immediate in-game item usage and the management of assets as NFTs on the blockchain.

Mission System: Complete and Earn

In Lumiterra, the mission system is a core element that offers various activities and rewards for players. Here's how it works:

Daily Task

Daily tasks are a great way to earn rewards regularly. Players can complete up to 10 daily tasks, divided into three main categories: Combat, Farming, and Gathering. Rewards include:

  • Random rewards: potions, empty bottles, Daily Challenge Admission Tickets, and experience (EXP).
  • Additional rewards: for completing all 10 daily tasks.

Exp Task

Experience tasks focus on improving the player's skills in combat, farming, or gathering. These tasks reward players with experience, and completing a total of 50 or 100 missions grants additional rewards.

Random Task

Random tasks refresh automatically every 15 minutes, offering the chance to get tasks with specific rewards:

  • Task types: combat, gathering, and farming.
  • Rewards: may include RON or LUAG Future, experience, and luck points. The more luck points you accumulate, the higher the chance of getting a token task, which usually offers better rewards.

Token Task

Using a Token Task Ticket or a Material Task Ticket, players can refresh a task 100% to obtain a token or material mission. These tickets are mainly earned by ranking on the leaderboard, where the higher the rank, the more tickets you earn.

Token Task

This type of mission provides an additional way to earn tokens like RON or LUAG Future, and they can be refreshed using the Token Task Tickets obtained from the leaderboard.

Lottery Participation

To participate, simply send your Material Lottery Ticket to the corresponding Wishing Tree. For example, sending a level 1-3 combat material lottery ticket to the Combat Wishing Tree will reward you with a random combat material of that level range.

Leaderboard System

The leaderboard system evaluates players' performance in PVE dungeons, awarding points based on various factors such as:

  • Combat: number of monsters defeated, completion speed, damage dealt, among others.
  • Farming: number of crops harvested, completion speed, etc.
  • Gathering: number of items collected, gathering speed, damage to items, etc.

The leaderboard updates daily, and rewards include Token Task Tickets and Material Task Tickets, which must be claimed manually and are valid for 3 days.

Drop Rate and Energy: Maximizing Your Rewards

In Lumiterra, Drop rate and Energy are crucial elements that affect how players interact with the game world and how they earn rewards.

Drop rate:

Drop rate refers to the likelihood of obtaining rewards when defeating monsters, gathering materials, or farming in the game. This rate varies depending on whether you're in the open world, the main base (Homeland), or dungeons.

  • Impact on Energy: The amount of Energy consumed is directly related to the current Drop rate. For example:
    • If the Drop rate is 100%, each action will consume 1 point of Energy.
    • If the Drop rate is 18.5%, each action will consume 0.185 points of Energy.

Additionally, other factors that can influence drops include:

  • Having Energy at 0, which prevents you from obtaining rewards or experience.
  • Having a gathering or farming skill below the required level for specific resources or crops.

Energy:

Energy is an essential resource in Lumiterra. Every action in combat, gathering, farming, or harvesting consumes Energy. If Energy reaches 0, you won't receive experience or items for those activities.

Slime Energy:

This is a key material for crafting Energy Potions, necessary to restore Energy in the game. Each talent (combat, farming, gathering) has specific recipes for these potions.

Energy Restoration:

  • Method 1: Energy recovers automatically each day.
  • Method 2: Using Energy Potions, which can be obtained through crafting, trading on the Marketplace, or official events.

Additional Considerations:

  • When Energy is 0, combat tasks can be completed but without gaining experience or loot.
  • Harvested items will be stored in the Homeland Harvest Box until the player restores Energy.

This system ensures that players carefully manage their Energy and make strategic decisions about how and when to engage in activities to maximize their rewards.

Reputation: The Value of Loyalty

In Lumiterra, reputation is a scoring system designed to reward the most loyal and dedicated players. As players perform various actions within the game, they can increase their reputation score. A higher reputation grants numerous benefits, while a low reputation can restrict certain game functions.

Benefits of High Reputation:

  • Unlimited on-chain item threshold: Players with high reputation can move more items on-chain without restrictions.
  • Higher chance of obtaining $RON on the Token Task Board.
  • Unlimited withdrawal: Players can withdraw tokens without restrictions.
  • Unlimited time on the Homeland server: Players with high reputation can spend unlimited time in their Homeland.
  • Faster crafting time: High reputation speeds up the time needed to craft items.

Consequences of Low Reputation:

  • Limited on-chain item threshold: Players with low reputation have restrictions on the number of items they can move on-chain.
  • Limited withdrawals: Players may face restrictions on the number of tokens they can withdraw.
  • Limited time on the Homeland server: Players with low reputation will have limited time they can spend in their Homeland.
  • Longer crafting time: Low reputation will result in longer crafting times.
  • Low or no chance of obtaining $RON on the Token Task Board.

How to Increase Your Reputation:

  1. Complete the beginner cultivation/combat/gathering tutorial.
  2. Be a user of the warehouse.
  3. Own LUAG (100) in the game.
  4. Complete dungeons with a K score (with daily reduction).
  5. Appear on the leaderboard at least once (with daily reduction).
  6. Account age.

Reputation Unlocks:

  • 300 points: Higher chance of winning tokens in random tasks.
  • 500 points: Sale threshold 1 => 5 daily boxes.
  • 1500 points: Token withdrawal to the wallet.
  • 1800 points: Unlimited time on the Homeland server.
  • 2000 points: Unlimited sale threshold => unlimited box usage.
  • 2500 points: Faster crafting time.

Homeland: Your Personal Farm

Homeland:

The Homeland in Lumiterra is each player's personal farm, where they can grow crops, raise monsters, and expand their territory. Here’s a summary of what you can do in your Homeland:

  1. Crop Cultivation:

    • Players can choose from over 100 types of crops, including vegetables, flowers, fruits like carrots and cotton. Some crops can even help you in battles.
    • Crops have different growth stages and harvest cycles.
    • You can collect magical and unique seeds by exploring the world of Lumiterra, trading them, or bartering with other players.
    • Harvests can be used to craft potions, forge equipment, or trade with other players.
  2. Monster Breeding:

    • Players can capture wild monsters and house them on their farm. Not all monsters can be tamed, but those that are can be trained to produce valuable resources.
    • These monsters can also assist in daily farming activities or fight alongside you in battles.
    • You must take care of their hunger, illnesses, and protect them from death so they remain your

loyal companions.

  1. Homeland Expansion:
    • The land is divided into plots that players can gradually unlock. As they progress, they can purchase and farm these plots to expand their Homeland.
    • Homelands can be decorated with a wide variety of items that can also be crafted in-game. Some decorations can even bring benefits, like faster crop growth or improved luck.
    • Players with high enough reputation can trade their Homeland or some of its contents on the Mavis Marketplace.

In Lumiterra, your Homeland is not just a place to retreat to; it’s a powerful tool that enhances your overall gaming experience. Here, you can collect essential resources, experiment with different crop combinations, and nurture monsters to unlock various rewards.

Conclusion

Lumiterra offers a deeply engaging and dynamic world where players can immerse themselves in rich gameplay mechanics, from missions and dungeons to resource management and reputation building.
