The objective this time around is super clear: gather as many crowns as humanly possible, climb the global leaderboard, and lock down some extremely exclusive rewards for your inventory. When does the Summer Crown Tournament start?

Mark your calendars so you don't miss out. The global competition officially kicks off on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 UTC. From that very second, every single crown you get will count. The event will officially close its servers on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 UTC.

Basically, the developers are giving us exactly one full week to grind as much as possible. Make sure you convert the UTC time to your local time zone so you can take advantage of every minute the tournament is live. During this window, consistency is going to be the key if you really want to see your name on the main leaderboard.

How to earn crowns and climb the global ranking

The mechanics are simple to grasp, but surviving the grind will be tough. To climb the leaderboard, all you need to do is play the supported in-game events and, naturally, win the matches. Every crown you secure at the end of a round gets directly added to your global ranking score.

There are no magic tricks here, it all comes down to your pure skill on the maps and how much time you're willing to invest over these seven days. Once the event is over, the system freezes the leaderboard, and rewards will be sent out based on the exact spot you landed in. One very important detail: the public leaderboard will only display the top 1,000 players. If you don’t see yourself there, you’ll have to keep pushing until you break into that elite bracket.

Exclusive Rewards: The Diamond James Mythic Skin

The main course of this sweaty week is, without a doubt, what you get for reaching the absolute top. Only the best 100 players in the world will take home the grand prize, but the game is throwing some great stuff at anyone in the top 1000. Here’s the official prize pool breakdown:

• Top 100: The highly coveted, exclusive Diamond James Mythic Skin. Note that this skin can only be obtained through Crown Tournaments, so it’s going to be a real status symbol.
• Top 101 - 200: 40 Ability Keys.
• Top 201 - 300: 4,000 Ability Tokens.
• Top 301 - 500: 3 Prize Boxes.
• Top 501 - 1,000: 2 Tournament Tickets.

Participation Reward for Everyone
