The Tokyo Game Show 2025 kicked off with a bang, and Xbox didn’t hold back. In its special broadcast on September 25, the brand unveiled a lineup of titles that reinforce its commitment to both Asian and global markets, with offerings ranging from classic RPGs to psychological horror, technical action, and long-awaited remakes. The event’s big reveal was Forza Horizon 6, set in Japan. Playground Games promises a detailed recreation of urban, rural, and coastal landscapes, with new dynamic weather systems and cultural events. The game launches in 2026 and will support Xbox Play Anywhere.
Team Ninja and PlatinumGames unveiled Ninja Gaiden 4, with a more technical focus, adjustable difficulty, and visceral combat. Launches on October 21, 2025, with support for local and online co-op.
A full remake of the 2022 title, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5. Features new animations, revamped combat systems, and a darker aesthetic. Available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
