Gold Fever is a free-to-play online survival MMO with a full focus on PvP. Based on blockchain technology, it allows the acquisition and exchange of NFTs, virtual currencies, and a Play-to-Earn economy. Face nature and other players in the endless quest for gold on a perilous island.

Gameplay

In Gold Fever, players must survive on a dangerous island, facing not only hunger and fatigue but also hostile wildlife and other players while searching for gold in mining claims. These PvP arenas are key locations where players fight for resources and control. The game shines with its emphasis on crafting, hunting, gathering, and combat, offering a dynamic survival experience in a high-stress environment.

Players can choose to join one of two factions: Adventurers and Tribal, each with unique abilities and advantages. Game style customization is possible through classes and subclasses, allowing players to specialize in different aspects of the game, such as combat or gathering. Additionally, NFTs provide an extra layer of customization, enhancing both equipment and abilities, adding a strategic dimension to the experience.

Game Modes

Gold Fever is a free-to-play game based on the HighOctane blockchain, a subnet of the Avalanche ecosystem, enabling secure and transparent transactions, promoting a decentralized internal marketplace.

Tokens

• NGL (Native Gold): The cryptocurrency token used in the game, primarily obtained from PvP arenas. It is exchangeable for fiat currencies and used in various in-game transactions.
• JUL: Internal non-crypto currency, used for purchases within the game such as weapons, consumables, etc.
• JBR (Julius's Brain): Governance token that rewards players for exemplary behavior and grants influence in future in-game decisions.

NFTs
NFTs in Gold Fever are unique items offering personalized advantages, such as weapons, tools, and special abilities. Players can trade and sell these NFTs in in-game marketplaces.
