While fans eagerly await a full-fledged Animal Crossing sequel on the Switch 2, these ongoing updates keep the community alive. Here is everything you need to know to claim these freebies, give your villagers a fresh new look, and visit the newly revamped official Nintendo island.

Riding the hype of the upcoming paint-splatting shooter, Nintendo released some really clean custom designs inspired by Splatoon Raiders. The community has praised these for their high-quality pixel art. Make sure to use these IDs in your game to get the cosmetics:

How to redeem codes step by step

If you've been away from the game for a while and forgot how to grab custom designs, the process is straightforward but requires a few prerequisites. Here is the complete quick breakdown:

1. Check your subscription: Make sure you have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. This is a must for downloading any user-created content over the internet.
2. Unlock the tailor shop: You need to have the Able Sisters tailor shop unlocked and built on your island. If you are a new player, you'll need to buy items from Mabel in the plaza on three separate days first.
3. Access the portal: Head inside the Able Sisters shop and interact with the Custom Designs Portal (the pink terminal located in the back right corner).
4. Search: Select the option to search by Creator ID (to see everything Nintendo uploaded) or Design ID (for specific items).
5. Save: Enter the codes listed above and save the designs to your empty Custom Design or Pro Design slots.

To visit the official island, simply lay down on any bed inside your house, choose to go to sleep, talk to Luna, and give her the official Dream Address.
