How to redeem codes step by step

If you're completely new, keep in mind that the mailbox system isn't unlocked from minute one. You'll need to reach Union Level 2 and clear the Chapter 1, Act 1 quest. That usually takes less than an hour of playtime. Once you've done that, just follow these steps:

1. Open the main menu in-game.
2. Head over to Settings in the bottom right corner.
3. Select the wrench icon tab for "Other Settings".
4. Click the Redemption option and paste your code.
5. Check your in-game mailbox to claim your items.

Expired codes

Sometimes we stumble upon older codes that simply don't work anymore. If you're getting an error, you probably already redeemed it, made a typo, or it's one of these expired ones:
