Forgotten Playland has introduced PlushKyn Battle, a new competitive game mode where skill and consistency unlock rewards within the game’s ecosystem. This new feature also marks an important step forward for the utility of the $FP token.
The PlushKyn Battle mode features matchups every 3 hours, allowing up to 8 battles per day. To participate, players need a PB Ticket, valued at $2.99 in $FP tokens.
This system introduces a direct token utility mechanism:
Each match rewards the top four players with BT (Battle Tokens), an internal currency that can be exchanged for rare cosmetics.
Additionally, those who rank on the monthly leaderboard will receive a share of the accumulated treasury. The Top 50 players of the month will share 40% of the $FP collected from PB Ticket sales. The leaderboard resets every month.
Accumulated BT can be exchanged for cosmetic items. There are 15 unique items available, with a new cosmetic pool introduced every three months, allowing PlushKyn customization.
Forgotten Playland is a free-to-play multiplayer party game launched in March 2025 on the Epic Games Store. It was developed by Vermillion (Duckland Games and Beam Foundation). Set in an attic where PlushKyn toys come to life, the game combines fun, competition, and customization with blockchain technology, enabling NFT cosmetic trading and use of the $FP token.
It has gained popularity for its chaotic gameplay, over 20 mini-games, and an active community, showing notable growth since its debut.
