How to Get the Repair Tool in Subnautica 2 – Complete Guide

The Repair Tool is essential in Subnautica 2 for repairing your base and vehicles, especially the Tadpole. To craft it you need to scan three different Repair Tools.

Locations to scan the Repair Tool

1. Cicada Canteen (First scan)
Approximately 260 meters south/southeast of the Lifepod. It is a very deep area. Enter through the south side of the wreckage. The tool is on the ground floor of the rest area, on one of the sofas.

2. Chap’s Waypoint (Second scan)
200 meters southeast of the Lifepod, in the desert region. Enter Chap's underground base. The tool is on the desk right as you enter.

3. Cavern under the Coral Fields (Third scan)
Under the center of the coral reef near the start. Descend through the cavern, pass the blue fungi and reach a hidden base. The tool is inside this secret base.

Once you have scanned all three, you will unlock the recipe.
