How to Find Alan Duncan's Blood Bag

Alan Duncan’s blood bag is located in the room right behind the main puzzle room, on the east side. His hint is “No rise, No fall, Still,” which refers to his collapsed lung. It is placed at the end of the hallway on the west side of the main puzzle room. Starting the transfusion from this bag opens wards S and W.

How to Find Sarah Watson's Blood Bag

Sarah Watson’s blood bag is found in the lower left-hand corner of Ward S, in room 05. The tape near her body indicates that she suffered head trauma. For this reason it is placed on the left-hand side, in the second spot up from the entrance of the main puzzle room.

How to Find Lesly Greer's Blood Bag

Before obtaining Lesly Greer’s blood bag it is necessary to get the Ward W Master Key, which is found on the south side of Ward W, in room 04. With that key, room 13 is opened and the ladder is used to access a previously inaccessible area in Ward S. There, Lesly’s blood bag is found. Her tape mentions that she is not reacting to light. For that reason it is placed on the far east side, at the end of the hallway from the main puzzle room. This grants access to wards D and P.

How to Find George McEwan's Blood Bag

George McEwan is found by dropping from the south side of Ward D and reaching his room in Ward P. Next to his blood bag is the Ward P Master Key, which will be needed later. His tape and the blood bag hint indicate that he has burns all over his body. Upon returning to the main puzzle room, it is placed in the first spot on the right-hand side.

How to Find Matthew Clark's Blood Bag

Matthew Clark is a bit more complicated to obtain. The blood bag is first found in the elevator at Ward D Room 02, but upon activating the lift it drops to Ward P. Using the Ward P Master Key obtained earlier, the door to room 03 is unlocked to recover the bag. His tape and the blood bag hint reveal that he was having difficulty speaking. That condition matches the chart on the left side, third position up, so the bag is placed there. Once all bags are set up, the transfusion is started and the second, shorter part of the puzzle begins.

How to Complete the Transfusion

After the first part, a new door with another puzzle appears. On the side wall several conversions needed for a safe transfusion with a specific blood type can be seen. In the center of the main puzzle appears Simon’s last name: “Ordell.” This indicates that his blood type must be matched to proceed. Simon’s blood type is A+, information obtained by examining his wristband in the inventory. According to the side wall, O-, O+, A-, and A+ are needed. To get the required information it is necessary to go back and examine the blood bags placed on the wall. Each one indicates the patient’s blood type. Each patient’s initials correspond to the markings on the main puzzle. To finally solve the puzzle, the blood transfusion lines from Hannah McGregor (H.M), Thomas Ferguson (T.F), and Sarah Watson (S.W) must all feed into the Ordell centerpiece. Once this is done, the door opens.
