Catching Pals in Palworld is one of the most important mechanics in the game. It allows you to have companions for combat, base work, and resource gathering. Here is the complete guide to capture them efficiently.

How to Catch Pals Step by Step

1. Create a Pal Sphere

• Unlock the Pal Sphere in the Technology tab.
• Required materials: 1 Paldium Fragment, 5 Wood, and 5 Stone.
• Craft it at a Workbench.

You can also find Pal Spheres lying on the ground.

2. Locate the Pal you want to catch

• At the beginning, it is recommended to capture Cattiva, as it is very useful for basic base tasks.
• Later, Pals like Tanzee and Lifmunk are excellent for work.

3. Weaken the Pal

• Attack it with your weapon or with another Pal until its health is low.
• Do not kill it: keep its HP bar as low as possible without reaching zero.
• The lower its health, the higher the capture probability.

4. Throw the Pal Sphere

• Aim at the Pal's back to significantly increase the success rate.
• If the Pal resists, you may fail. Try several times until it is captured.

Tips to Improve Capture Rate
