The world of Forgotten Playland keeps growing and taking important steps. After a successful launch in March, with over 200,000 downloads, the game now takes a new leap by going fully on-chain on BEAM, Avalanche's L1 network.
This new phase brings several updates for both new players and those already enjoying the experience.
Starting at 15:00 CEST on June 19, Forgotten Playland is officially on-chain, marking a milestone in its development. This update includes:
ToyBoxes are collectibles that let players customize the game's characters, known as PlushKyn. Each box includes one cosmetic item that can modify parts of the character such as skin, head, eyes, neck, arms, or legs.
These items are organized by rarity levels:
A key feature of ToyBoxes is that each collection is available for a limited time only. Once the sale ends, those boxes will never be sold again. The first collection, called The Foundation, launched on March 28 with 30 unique cosmetics.
With this on-chain integration, the new Battle Pass officially launches. This seasonal progression system rewards players for completing daily and seasonal challenges, unlocking a variety of exclusive items.
