Fortnite continues to establish itself as a digital entertainment platform that integrates video games, TV series, and other expressions of popular culture. In 2026, Epic Games reinforced this strategy through two collaborations of a very different nature: one with the television series The Office and another linked to the launch of the video game Crimson Desert.

This article explains what both partnerships consist of, what content they introduce into the game, and under what conditions they are available to players.
In January 2026, Epic Games officially announced the arrival of The Office in Fortnite. The confirmation came through a promotional teaser featuring the phrase “Build. Beets. Battle Royale.”, a direct reference to the show’s humor and one of its most recognizable characters, Dwight Schrute.

This collaboration fits within Fortnite’s broader strategy of incorporating audiovisual properties with strong cultural recognition.
The Office content was introduced with update 39.30 and became available starting January 24, 2026, in the Fortnite Item Shop.
It includes two main outfits, Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute, designed to evoke iconic scenes and recognizable elements from the series. These are complemented by various themed cosmetic items, such as back blings with internal references, harvesting tools inspired by office objects, emotes based on memorable moments from the show, and a glider featuring a desk-themed design.

All content can be purchased using V-Bucks, either individually or through bundles, and is subject to Fortnite’s regular Item Shop rotation system.
Epic Games also announced a collaboration with Crimson Desert, an open-world action RPG developed by Pearl Abyss and scheduled for release on March 19, 2026.
Unlike the partnership with The Office, this collaboration has a promotional focus directly tied to the game’s launch and does not include a full themed event within Fortnite.
The main content of this collaboration is the Kliff outfit, based on Kliff Macduff, the protagonist of Crimson Desert. This cosmetic can be obtained for free in Fortnite by purchasing Crimson Desert on the Epic Games Store, provided the purchase is made using the same Epic Games account linked to the Fortnite profile.

The outfit is automatically delivered to the player’s inventory starting March 19, 2026, coinciding with the game’s official launch. The promotion applies both to pre-purchases made from January 22, 2026, and to purchases completed on the release date.
Epic Games has confirmed that this outfit will later be available in the Fortnite Item Shop, allowing it to be purchased directly with V-Bucks.
