Conduit Crystals are a rare resource in Subnautica 2 that cannot be found in the shallow starting areas. They are located in the second alien biome, on the other side of the great chasm east of the Coral Garden. To get there you will need specialized equipment and adaptations.

Conduit Crystals only appear in the alien biome on the other side of the chasm, hundreds of meters east of the Lifepod, beyond the volcanic region where you find Sulfur and Gold.

You will need a Tadpole (ideally with Chassis upgrades) to survive the Collector Leviathan that guards the massive trench. On the other side of the chasm you will find strange Alien Ruins. Conduit Crystals grow near these ruins starting at depths of 300 meters, especially on the edges of the circular alien platforms and on the cliffs.
From 400 meters depth you will also find them on the seafloor.

The best route starts near the Axum Vision Angel Comb, east of the Alien Ruins. Follow the roots east from the ruins until you reach the Angel Comb.

There you will see an alien structure built into the cliff to the southeast, where several Conduit Crystals grow on the ledges.

After harvesting them with the Sonic Resonator, follow the purple roots northeast through the dark trench. When the trench widens, turn right following the roots and you will reach a patch of Conduit Crystals on the seafloor.
This route allows you to get around a dozen Conduit Crystals per run. They respawn relatively frequently, so you can repeat it to accumulate a good amount.
