How to send crypto from Lemon to MetaMask

This guide explains step by step how to use Lemon to convert your money into cryptocurrencies and send them to a MetaMask wallet. The process includes how to buy USDC and POL, install MetaMask, and transfer the funds using the Polygon network to use them on other platforms.

1. Buy crypto in Lemon (USDC and POL)

Buy USDC

1. From the main Lemon menu, tap on “Crypto” and then select “USDC”.
2. Tap “Buy”.
3. Enter the amount in your local currency.
4. Confirm the operation. The USDC balance will be credited to your account.

Buy POL to pay network fees

1. In the “Crypto” section, search for and select “POL”.
2. Buy a small amount (0.5 to 1 USD).
3. It will be used to pay the network fees on MetaMask.

2. Install MetaMask and set up the network

1. Go to https://metamask.io/
2. Download the extension or app depending on your device.
3. Create a new account and back up the seed phrase.
4. Add the Polygon network.
