In such a competitive game, it's important that matches don't feel repetitive and that players can transition from one to another while feeling like they're enjoying a new experience. There are a multitude of variables to achieve this, such as weapons or the players themselves, but today we'll talk about the operators and their abilities, both in player-vs-player battles and the advantages they offer in expeditions.

Operators

Each hero has different resources, allowing players to find the ideal character that fits their play style, whether they are looking for a short- or long-range character, attackers, supports, or assassins. In Shatterline, all players have a place.

Moongose (Soldier)

• Name: Dominic Wong
• Role: Demolitionist
• Country: China

He is a neighborhood athlete, ex-gang member, and an underground MMA tournament star. Moongose specializes in the use of explosives and is perfect for aggressive gameplay. His abilities are:

• Fragmentation Grenade: Throws an offensive grenade that deals significant damage within a small area.
• Smoke Grenade: Throws a smoke grenade that can be used to mark or signal enemies as well as obscure their vision.
• Enhanced Regeneration: Moongose regenerates HP faster.
• Expert Sapper: Has a special ability to arm and disarm explosives.
• R40 Supersling: Uses an automatic grenade launcher that deals devastating damage to enemies.

Malva (Support)

• Name: Zoriana Koval
• Role: Healer
• Country: Ukraine

She is the guardian angel of the team: a field medic, expert in resuscitation, and tactical emergency care. Malva is ideal for supporting the team when it comes to HP. Her abilities are:

• Medkit: Throws a nearby medkit, which heals any team member that walks over it.
• Pinscher Drone: Launches a drone that follows the operator and attacks enemies.
• Revive with Full Health: Can quickly revive others with full health.
• Healing Station: Places a device that restores allies' health and reduces damage received within its effect area.

Strix (Exo)

• Name: Kyra Whitmore
• Role: Defender
• Country: United States

She is a former U.S. Army sergeant, specialized in heavy weaponry and experimental warfare. Strix combines offensive and defensive aspects for multifaceted players. Her abilities are:

• Wall Grenade: Throws a grenade that creates a crystalline wall.
• Crystal Grenade: Throws a grenade that releases small fragments continuously damaging any enemy in contact with them.
• Exo Kick: Thanks to an exosuit, Strix can kick down some doors.
• Exo Sprint: Thanks to the exosuit, she gains additional speed, allowing for faster and longer sprints.
• M.556 Volcano: Uses a short-duration but high-damage machine gun.

Kite (Scout)

• Role: Tactician
• Country: United Kingdom

He is a calculating character who enjoys outsmarting enemies, setting traps, and attacking from a distance. Kite is ideal for those with a strategist's mind. His abilities are:

• Mini Wall Grenade: Throws a grenade that creates a crystalline wall at a specific point.
• Remote Mine: Places a mine in a specific point on the map that sounds an alert when an enemy is nearby, allowing the operator to detonate it.
• Advanced Climbing: Uses a grappling hook to climb specific areas of the map.
• Crystal Revolver: Uses an experimental revolver that leaves a lethal trail with every shot.

Brisa (Scout)

Besides beauty, Brisa possesses great intelligence; she is an athlete and expert marksman. An ideal character for those who like to catch enemies off guard.

• Tactical Cloak: Uses camouflage that makes the operator almost invisible.
• Crystal Mine: Places a mine that traps enemies in a crystal burst, continuously damaging them.
• Advanced Climbing: Uses a grappling hook to climb specific areas of the map.
• Crystal Rifle: Uses a fast-reloading rifle capable of killing enemies with a precise shot.

Pill (Support)

• Name: Peter Collins
• Role: Reviver
• Country: Australia

Joker, troll, and constant headache; relaxed, sociable, and full of positive energy. Pill is a character for those who want to keep their team safe.

• Medical Drone: Sends a portable drone designed to revive fallen teammates.
• Stasis Field: Throws a device that slows down enemies and temporarily prevents them from using special abilities.
• Revive with Full Health: Can quickly revive others with full health.
• Crystal Flamethrower: Uses a flamethrower that launches incendiary crystal projectiles causing damage over time.

Orbit (Soldier)

• Name: Dieter Friedmann
• Role: Devastator
• Country: Germany

He is a former astronaut infected with two crystalline strains simultaneously, which caused his body to be in a borderline state between human and Glasshead.

• Spy Drone: Launches a drone programmed to track enemies and reveal their location to the operator.
• Swarm Grenade: Throws a device filled with a swarm of crystalline-transformed insects to damage and confuse enemies.
• Enhanced Regeneration: Orbit regenerates HP faster.
• Expert Sapper: Has a special ability to arm and disarm explosives.
• Crystal Injection: Orbit injects a dose of red salt that rapidly grows spikes on his body, eliminating nearby enemies at close range and significantly increasing his armor.

Ram (Exo)

A former combat engineer, he lost both arms in battle and replaced them with high-tech robotic arms.
