DevConnect Argentina 2025 brought together more than 14,500 attendees from November 17 to 22 in Buenos Aires. For six days, La Rural served as a central point for developers, global projects, and the local community, with an accessible format that included free or low-cost tickets, visa support, and the “Destino DevConnect” program.
The country was chosen for its high use of stablecoins, an active community, and a favorable environment for Web3 technologies.
Since the announcement in March 2025, expectations grew quickly, with more than 14,000 tickets acquired and numerous side-event proposals. The arrival of international attendees was reflected in special airport signage and fast-track entry paths.

DevConnect was organized as a collaborative fair with coworking areas, demos of onchain applications, and more than 500 side events across the city. Main topics included post-Pectra scalability, ZK proofs, DeFi security, and institutional adoption.
November 17: Opening at La Rural with onchain payment demos and welcome activities.
November 18: Technical workshops on ZK and Solidity-Rust. Start of ETHCon Argentina and the Stable Summit.
November 19: Hackathons and DeFi security talks sponsored by Stellar.
November 20: Main day of the Ethereum World’s Fair, with interactive showcases and the first Pudgy Penguins huddle in Latin America.
November 21: Sessions on institutional adoption with Stellar, Circle, and Chainlink, plus onchain payment demos with YodlPay and Takenos.
November 22: Closing with Secureum TrustX and final reflections on LATAM’s role in the ecosystem.

The event brought international talent, generated local economic activity, and positioned Buenos Aires as a relevant hub for Web3 development in the region. For Ethereum, it represented progress in practical adoption, technical discussion, and new global collaborations. On social networks, the community shared experiences, debates, and event content, increasing its international visibility.
