Wildcard Early Access: Build Your Deck and Earn Rewards

The October 21, 2025, Wildcard launches its Early Access phase on Steam. Developed by PlayWildcard, this title combines strategic deck building with arena battles, offering players an environment focused on community participation.

A Card Game with Strategic Depth

In Wildcard, players can engage in team battles within specially designed arenas. Each player selects champions with unique abilities and builds a summoning deck from different factions. This system allows for strategic combinations and varied matches, where planning and adaptability are key to victory.

Additionally, the game features daily and weekly challenges, rewards in packs, and a battle pass, providing continuous incentives to stay active in the community.

Early Exclusive Rewards

To encourage early participation, PlayWildcard launched the Wildcard Community Rewards Program. Through this program, players can unlock exclusive content, such as special cards and unique skins, by completing missions before the official release.

To participate, players must create an account at community.wildcardgame.com and link it with Discord, ensuring community interaction and tracking achievements.

Community Events and Competitions

Before the launch, PlayWildcard organized The Road to DreamHack, a series of qualifying tournaments culminating in a live competition during DreamHack Atlanta. Participating teams competed for a $5,000 prize, and the experience allowed developers to adjust game mechanics based on competitive matches.

These initiatives reflect the studio's approach to combining fun with competitive experience, strengthening the community from the early stage.
