Rockstar hinted at this update on November 6, 2025, mentioning “a new era of real estate in Los Santos.” Teasers and themed events followed, including the temporary New Listings missions, which offered limited-time rewards before launch.
The announcement trailer released on November 20, and the final trailer dropped on December 5, confirming the appearance of Michael and Amanda De Santa and establishing the “Option C” ending of GTA V as canon.
The update launched today, Wednesday, December 10, at an unusual time for the company.
The new properties are purchased through Prix Luxury Real Estate (in-game). Base prices range from 10 to 15 million GTA$, with discounts for players who completed the New Listings missions before December 7.
