Koroshi and AvaCloud: The New Standard in Web3 Gaming and Digital Property

Koroshi has launched a project that integrates dynamic NFTs, immersive games, and blockchain technology into a single ecosystem. To achieve this, it developed its own Layer-1 (L1) blockchain on Avalanche, using AVAX as the native token for transactions. This strategy enhances user experience and improves interoperability within the Avalanche ecosystem.

The Challenge: Sovereignty and Connectivity

By incorporating dynamic NFTs and interactive gameplay mechanics, Koroshi identified the limitations of operating solely on shared chains. A sovereign blockchain capable of supporting custom logic and on-chain evolution was necessary.

However, creating a new native token involved challenges such as liquidity provision, user adoption, and economic complexity. Additionally, the team needed to accelerate development to meet deadlines, requiring a solution that offered ready-to-use tools, automated deployment, and immediate performance, without lengthy custom engineering processes.

The Solution: AvaCloud and the Native AVAX Token

Koroshi decided to be the first Layer-1 project on Avalanche to use AVAX as the native gas token, thus avoiding the launch of a separate token. This decision brought several advantages:

• Immediate ecosystem access: Koroshi can directly use existing Avalanche wallets, bridges, decentralized exchanges (DEX), and tools.
• Familiar user experience: Users do not need to learn a new token or complex mechanics.
• Operational efficiency: The team could focus on product development, gameplay, and ecosystem growth without managing economic aspects from the start.

Enhancing Interoperability with ICTT

Koroshi employs AvaCloud’s Interchain Token Transfers (ICTT) feature, which allows transparent bridging of NFTs between Avalanche’s C-Chain and its custom Layer-1 blockchain. This enables users to transfer NFTs while maintaining their integrity and expanding their usability across chains.

Dynamic Ecosystem and Activity

The Koroshi ecosystem offers an interactive experience with various elements:

• Dynamic NFTs: Assets that evolve based on user interaction and achievements.
• Interactive gameplay: Modes like Tribe Wars and Clan Wars that encourage community participation and competition.
• Koroshi Studio: A platform to create and manage real-world assets (RWAs) within the ecosystem.

• 2,000 total NFTs minted across two main collections:
  • Shadow Temple: 954 out of 1,000 minted
  • Sacred Temple: 966 out of 1,000 minted
  • Approximately 80 NFTs still unrevealed
• Over 4,600 daily battles (off-chain), indicating steady activity.
• Widespread use of AVAX token for gas, facilitating access and reducing friction.

These indicators show solid user growth and an active ecosystem that leverages AvaCloud infrastructure to scale and maintain interoperability.
