Accelerated development and deployment

With this acquisition, WARP expects to cut six to seven months off its implementation timeline. Key advances include:

• Integration of validators.
• Launch of key products.
• Preparation for the Token Generation Event (TGE).

These features allow WARP to deliver a robust, scalable, and user-oriented technical platform.

Leadership integration

As part of the deal, NitroDome’s founders will join WARP’s leadership team:

• Gorden Kirisits, as Head of Platform and Product.
• Paul West, as Chief Technology Officer.

Both will lead the development of a developer-oriented platform governed by a DAO.

Continuity for investors and community

All previous investors in NitroDome will be integrated into WARP’s new framework, ensuring continuity and recognition for those who supported the project's early development. This approach aims to preserve community commitment and foster shared growth.

The acquisition follows a $9.4 million seed funding round and precedes the sale of validator nodes, a key element in the Layer-1 network economy WARP is building on Avalanche.
