Game Mechanics

The game takes place on a 3x3 grid-based battlefield, where players must strategically deploy their units to win the game, similar to League of Legends TFT.

Each phase of the game, from card supply to combat actions, offers room for tactical decision-making. Correct placement of Mechanoids on the board is crucial to maintaining an effective defense and attacking at the same time.

The main objective is to reduce the enemy Architect's hit points to zero. The placement of Mechanoids in the different combat lines is a key aspect, as each unit interacts with the others in its line, determining the development of the battle.

The game allows for a variety of strategies, as players can block paths, mount impenetrable defenses, and coordinate attacks using the Drones' specific abilities.

DATA2073: Guild Empires

Guild Empires is a city-building and strategy game mode set in a post-apocalyptic world. In this mode, players manage a Land within a Guild, where they can build and upgrade their city, collect resources, and collaborate with other members to strengthen the Guild's central city.

Building and Management Mechanics

Each Terrain has a 50x50 grid size, offering ample space to build different types of structures. Players must manage their resources efficiently, constructing buildings such as mines, factories, research labs, and warehouses, all necessary for the development and expansion of the city.

At the start of the game, players are given a City Center and must work to unlock new areas of their Terrain by removing blockers, such as exotic mutated plants.

Building buildings requires workers, which are represented by Mechanoid and Drone cards, which can also be sent out on missions or to speed up resource gathering.

Guild Missions and Collaboration

The Guild Empires mode also features daily and weekly missions, which require collecting resources, upgrading buildings, or participating in PvE battles.

Additionally, players can join “Staking” missions, sending their Mechanoids and Drones to complete specific tasks that can grant rewards such as cards, resources, or experience points.

Collaboration within the guild is key. Players can contribute to the guild through their Land, sending resources, or non-NFT cards, which helps improve the guild’s central city and increase its influence on the global map.

The Global Map and Resource System

The world of DATA2073 expands beyond individual Lands. Players can view the game's global map, where other guilds' Lands are located, and can interact with them, trading resources or collaborating on quests.

Ecosystem Economy

DATA2073's economy is based on a token system that allows players to interact, progress, and trade within its universe. At the center of this ecosystem are three types of tokens: MechaShard, DATAToken, and Bits, each serving specific purposes within the game.
