RavenQuest 1.1.1: More Rewards and a Better Experience

In less than two weeks after the launch of the Treasures Below expansion, RavenQuest releases update 1.1.1, introducing major improvements to core mechanics, quality of life, UI, and bug fixes. This update redefines the reward system, enhances profession experience, streamlines resource management, and sets the stage for future features.

Fame System

The Fame and Renown system has been redesigned. Previously, $QUEST rewards came from a shared pool distributed proportionally based on player Fame, often resulting in negligible outcomes.

Now, the system introduces reward tiers:

  • The top 300 adventurers receive fixed $QUEST amounts based on their weekly rank.
  • Adventurers outside the top 300 but within the top 50% in Fame among active players earn $QUEST proportional to their relative Fame.
  • Adventurers outside the top 50% receive between 5 and 10 Munk Snacks depending on their position.

Munk Snacks are essential resources for progression, while $QUEST remains the most coveted currency. This approach rewards top performers while ensuring useful progression tools for others.

Operational changes

  • Fame no longer requires chest opening; it is granted automatically every day, even while the player is offline.
  • Fame gained on Mondays applies to the following weekly cycle (not the current one after Tuesday resets).
  • $QUEST rewards are distributed after the weekly server reset every Tuesday.

Double Profession EXP Week

From the server reset on Tuesday, September 2 until Tuesday, September 9, profession experience is doubled for all players. This special week allows faster progression and mastery of new professional skills and specializations.

Expeditions

Profession challenge improvements

  • Base success rate increased from 5% to 25%.
  • Success rate scaling adjusted according to player profession level.
  • Success chance text is now visible, with color coding to indicate risk.

These updates provide more clarity and help players make informed decisions when using tools such as Toolboxes.

Reward changes

  • Bonded Ghostly Infusions were replaced with Ghostly Infusions and are no longer guaranteed rewards.

Currency UI

A new inventory window now consolidates all key currencies: RavenCoins, Lucky Coins, Dawn Essence, Gems, Ascendable and Non-Ascendable Shards, Renown, Merchant Influence, and Fame. This feature streamlines resource tracking without needing multiple inventory tabs.

Ranger’s Company: Consumables & Cooldowns

The cooldown system for consumables has been standardized, applying cooldowns to all previously exempt items and removing outdated ones.

Now with cooldown:
Essence of Bravery, Frenzy Potion, Sage's Essence, Tree of Life Sap, Drop of Grace, Sun Tears, Executioner's Mutagen, Savage Compound, Manastorm Draft, Vigorous Draught, Tonic of Blood, Juggernaut Tonic, Oversea Tonic, Assault Tonic, Infantry Boost, Dawn's Drop, Nursing Elixir, Opportunist's Elixir, Training Elixir, Thug's Tonic, Tonic of Regeneration, Energetic Tonic.

Additionally:

  • Expert Elixir and Slayer Elixir duration increased from 4 to 5 minutes and now include cooldowns.
  • Cooldowns for Wild Pheromones and Combat Panacea were corrected.
  • Searing Poison, Astral Decoction, and Quickening Concoction were removed from the shop.

Other improvements and fixes

  • Mass gathering now available for players under 15,000 Renown by paying $QUEST (50% discount). Still free for those above 15,000.
  • “Sell All” function updated to include items of all qualities.
  • Adjustments to skills, global messages, group distance indicators, dynamic events, and PT-BR translations.
  • Performance (FPS) optimizations, plus fixes for inventory, fishing, minigames, maps, and damage calculations in weapons and abilities.

Update 1.1.1 represents a thorough revision of multiple game systems, focusing on fairness, clarity, and overall player experience. The Double Profession EXP Week, refined consumable controls, and expedition improvements provide immediate opportunities for progression and engagement.
