Gameplay

The game features an auto-battler system where players can choose strategic moves, use digital assets on the blockchain, and leverage their rooster's stats and instincts to gain an advantage and achieve victory. Players can opt to take their roosters to battles to compete for rewards. On the other hand, it's also important to note that if a rooster loses, there is a risk of it being permanently lost (the NFT gets burned). This probability helps control the overall population of roosters in the game, effectively helping to stabilize the price of each NFT.

Stats

• HP (Health Points):

  Determines how much damage the rooster can take before being knocked out.

• Speed:

  Affects the turn order in battles (who attacks first).

• Attack:

  Influences the damage the rooster deals with each hit.

• Defense:

  Reduces the incoming damage from opponents.

Innate Points

• Each rooster's base stats are generated randomly for each category (HP, Speed, Attack, Defense).
• A rooster with high Innate Points in Attack will excel in dealing damage, while one with high Speed will attack first more frequently.

Grit Points

• Represent training and battle experience.
• Can be distributed across all stats. Limits and caps have not yet been determined.

Feathers

In Sabong Saga, feathers are the main ERC-1155 token in the game. Players can obtain feathers by rubbing their roosters daily. Roosters with legendary parts generate more feathers. These feathers are used for breeding, minting, crafting, and more. Feathers will only be available if the rooster was not listed or transferred 24 hours before the daily reset at 00:00 UTC.

The game is developed by a Filipino team and aims to show that the Philippines is not only a consumer but also a builder of technology.
