Grand Arena is an AI fantasy platform where players compete using Mokis and NFT cards for a $1 million prize pool.

Grand Arena is an AI-powered fantasy platform developed by Moku, a Web3 gaming community built on Ronin. Season 1 launches with a $1 million prize pool, distributed among players who participate and accumulate progress throughout the season.

Unlike traditional fantasy platforms, Grand Arena does not rely on real-world sports calendars. Instead, the protagonists are Mokis—AI-driven athletes that compete continuously within the game’s ecosystem.

Overview

Season 1 runs until mid-May and distributes its prize pool through a progression system called Moku XP (mXP). Players earn mXP by:

  • Participating in tournaments
  • Training Mokis
  • Collecting and upgrading cards
  • Climbing the seasonal leaderboard

The more mXP a player accumulates, the larger their share of the final $1 million prize pool.

Grand Arena combines fantasy mechanics, collectible cards, and NFT assets within a persistent competitive system.

How Tournaments Work

Players must submit a lineup of five cards to compete in free or paid tournaments, using the in-game currency called Gems.

The reward structure is tiered:

  • The top 20% earn higher-weight leaderboard rewards
  • The top 50% share a fixed prize pool

This design balances competitiveness with accessibility, allowing both advanced players and consistent participants to benefit.

Rarity, Multipliers, and NFTs

Card rarity directly affects tournament performance:

  • Base cards: 1.0x multiplier
  • Legendary cards: up to 1.75x multiplier

Moki NFT holders can train their AI agents, generating up to 168 mXP per week.

Additionally, Champion Moki holders receive royalties from card pack sales during the season, integrating financial incentives into the ecosystem.

Continuous Competition and Strategy

Grand Arena operates as a persistent competitive economy. There are no breaks between tournaments, allowing players to engage at any time.

Success depends on:

  • Lineup strategy
  • Card management
  • Moki training
  • mXP optimization

This model supports long-term progression, differentiating itself from traditional daily fantasy formats.
